Signing in with a text message

How the 6-digit sign-in code works, what to do if it doesn't arrive, and what STOP and HELP do.

You sign in with your phone number. We text you a 6-digit code, you type it into the app, and you're in. That's the only thing we ever send to your number: no marketing, no reminders.

What to expect

  • One text per sign-in attempt, with a 6-digit code.
  • The code expires after 5 minutes. If it has expired, request a new one from the sign-in screen. Requesting a new code cancels the old one.
  • You get three tries at typing the code before you need a fresh one.
  • Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. FMRX does not charge for the text.
  • Codes are delivered through Twilio, our SMS provider.

If the code doesn't arrive

Check that the number you entered is the one on the phone in your hand, including the country code. Give it a minute, then request a new code. If you've previously replied STOP to one of our texts, your carrier blocks our messages until you opt back in: reply START to the last FMRX text, then request a new code. If nothing arrives after that, email support@fmrx.ai from the email on your account.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to any FMRX text to opt out instantly. You won't receive any more texts, which also means you can't sign in until you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@fmrx.ai.

The full terms for the SMS service are on our SMS Terms page.
