Help with FMRX, and how to reach us.

FMRX is an AI-powered Vedic astrology app that turns your birth chart into a daily, personalized journal. It combines classical Vedic techniques with AI-generated readings, chat, and reflections to help you understand your own patterns over time.

You can also reach us from inside the app: open the Me tab, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap Support. Feedback sent from there reaches the same team as email.

Manage Your Subscription

In the app, open the Me tab, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap Billing & subscription. The Manage subscription link there takes you to wherever you are billed:

  • Subscribed on iPhone: Apple bills you through the App Store. You can also go straight to your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, pick FMRX, and change plans, turn off renewal, or cancel. Refunds for App Store charges are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Subscribed on the web: Stripe bills you. The same link, at app.fmrx.ai/profile/billing, opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can change your plan, update your card, cancel, or download a receipt. Refunds for web charges go through us: email support@fmrx.ai.

If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account from inside the app. You do not need to email us or wait for a reply:

  1. Open the Me tab and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom. The last row is Delete Account.
  3. Tap it, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.

Deletion runs immediately and signs you out. Your birth details and chart, journal entries, reflections, Steps, Markers, and Streak are permanently deleted, and any remaining personal information is deleted or de-identified within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. There is no recovery window.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, and neither Apple nor Stripe is told your FMRX account is gone. Cancel it first: on iPhone, in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions; on the web, from Billing & subscription. Otherwise you will keep being charged. The delete dialog warns you if this applies to you.

If you can no longer sign in, email support@fmrx.ai from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
