Nexase LLC (FMRX) uses the following third-party subprocessors to provide the FMRX Services. Each subprocessor processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement incorporating appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable for international transfers. Anthropic, PBC

  • Purpose: AI language model processing (readings, chat, journal reflections)
  • Data processed: Birth chart data, focus areas, journal entries, chat messages
  • Location: United States

Google LLC (Google Cloud Platform)

  • Purpose: Cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure
  • Data processed: All service data
  • Location: United States

Stripe, Inc.

  • Purpose: Payment processing (web subscriptions)
  • Data processed: Billing details, customer identifiers, transaction data
  • Location: United States

RevenueCat, Inc.

  • Purpose: In-app subscription management (iOS)
  • Data processed: Subscription status, transaction identifiers, device identifiers
  • Location: United States

Twilio Inc.

  • Purpose: SMS verification (one-time passcodes)
  • Data processed: Phone numbers, verification messages
  • Location: United States

Amplitude, Inc.

  • Purpose: Product analytics and session replay
  • Data processed: Usage events, device information, masked session interactions
  • Location: United States

Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry)

  • Purpose: Error and crash reporting
  • Data processed: Device information, error context, IP addresses
  • Location: United States

Note: Apple Inc. processes payment information for purchases made through the App Store as an independent business, not as our subprocessor. Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's privacy policy.
