Subprocessor List

Nexase LLC (FMRX) uses the following third-party subprocessors to provide the FMRX Services. Each subprocessor processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement incorporating appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable for international transfers. Anthropic, PBC

  • Purpose: AI language model processing (readings, chat, journal reflections)
  • Data processed: Birth chart data, focus areas, journal entries, chat messages
  • Location: United States

OpenAI, L.L.C.

  • Purpose: Speech-to-text transcription of voice journal recordings (Whisper)
  • Data processed: Voice recordings you make in the journal feature
  • Location: United States

Langfuse GmbH

  • Purpose: AI observability (tracing and quality monitoring of AI model requests)
  • Data processed: Inputs sent to and outputs received from AI models, which may include birth chart data, focus areas, journal entries, and chat messages; account identifiers
  • Location: United States

Google LLC (Google Cloud Platform)

  • Purpose: Cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure
  • Data processed: All service data
  • Location: United States

Stripe, Inc.

  • Purpose: Payment processing (web subscriptions)
  • Data processed: Billing details, customer identifiers, transaction data
  • Location: United States

RevenueCat, Inc.

  • Purpose: In-app purchase management (iOS subscriptions and question packs), including relaying refund-request information to Apple on our behalf
  • Data processed: Purchase and subscription status, transaction identifiers, device identifiers
  • Location: United States

Twilio Inc.

  • Purpose: SMS verification (one-time passcodes)
  • Data processed: Phone numbers, verification messages
  • Location: United States

Amplitude, Inc.

  • Purpose: Product analytics
  • Data processed: Usage events, device information
  • Location: United States

Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry)

  • Purpose: Error and crash reporting
  • Data processed: Device information, error context, IP addresses
  • Location: United States

Note on Apple: Apple Inc. bills and administers purchases made through the App Store as an independent business, not as our subprocessor. Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's privacy policy. Where you ask Apple for a refund, we share limited purchase information with Apple so that Apple can decide your request — see Section 1.4 of our Privacy Policy.

Updates to This List
