Subscriptions and billing
Where to view, change or cancel your plan, and who to ask about a refund.
If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple handles the payment through the App Store. FMRX doesn't store your card, can't see it, and can't change or cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf. Everything below happens in your Apple account.
If you subscribed on the web instead, your payment runs through Stripe rather than Apple, and the steps are different. See "If you subscribed on the web" at the end.
To view, change or cancel
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone (the grey one, not FMRX).
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Find FMRX in the list.
- From there you can switch plans, turn off renewal, or cancel.
Inside FMRX, Settings has a Billing & subscription row. Open it and you'll find a Manage subscription link, which sends you to the same Apple screen, so use whichever is closer to hand.
If you cancel, you keep your current plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing is refunded automatically, and your journal stays exactly where it is.
If a charge looks wrong
Because Apple takes the payment, Apple also handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the FMRX charge and choose Request a refund. Apple decides the outcome. FMRX can't approve or reject a refund request, and we can't see the card details on either side.
If you're not sure what you were charged for, or a plan you paid for isn't showing up in the app, write to support@fmrx.ai with the email on your FMRX account and the date of the charge. We reply within 1 business day.
If you subscribed on the web
Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe, not Apple. The same Manage subscription link opens the Stripe billing portal instead, where you can change your plan, update your card, cancel, or pull up a receipt. Refunds for those charges go through us, not Apple. Write to support@fmrx.ai and we'll take it from there.
