2.1 SMS Verification Service

By creating a FMRX account or using our Vedic astrology services, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us for account verification and security purposes.

2.2 Types of SMS Messages

We will send you SMS messages solely for:

• Account verification and authentication
• One-time passcodes (OTP) for login and signup
• Security alerts related to your account

2.3 Consent and Opt-In

• You expressly consent to receive SMS messages for verification purposes
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
• You can stop receiving messages by contacting us, though this may limit your ability to use our services

2.4 SMS Message Frequency

SMS messages are sent only when you request verification codes or when security alerts are necessary. Typical frequency is 1-3 messages per login/signup attempt.

2.5 Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on major carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier limitations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your FMRX account, including a valid mobile phone number for SMS verification to access your personalized Vedic astrology insights.

3.2 Phone Number Verification

You must verify your phone number through our SMS verification process to activate your account and access features including birth chart generation, transit analysis, and AI-powered astrological insights.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Phone Number Usage

Your phone number is used solely for account verification and security purposes. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

4.2 Message Retention

SMS verification codes are temporary and expire within 10 minutes. We do not store the content of verification messages after they expire.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring your phone number information is current and accurate
• Protecting your device and SMS messages from unauthorized access
• Not sharing verification codes with others

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable SMS delivery but cannot guarantee message delivery due to factors including but not limited to carrier outages, network congestion, or device limitations.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent SMS verification measures
• Share or transfer verification codes to unauthorized parties
• Use automated systems to generate multiple verification requests

8. Limitation of Liability

FMRX is not liable for:

• Failed SMS delivery due to carrier or network issues
• Charges incurred from your mobile carrier for SMS messages
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised verification codes

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

To stop receiving SMS messages:

• Reply "STOP" to any verification message, or
• Contact us at support@fmrx.ai, or
• Update your account settings

Note: Opting out may limit your ability to use FMRX features that require phone verification, including access to personalized birth charts and astrological insights.
