SMS Terms of Service

Important: FMRX.AI uses SMS messaging exclusively for secure authentication. We do not send marketing messages or share your phone number with third parties.

1. Service Description

FMRX.AI ("we", "us", or "our") provides SMS-based one-time password (OTP) authentication to secure your account access. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive authentication codes via SMS.

2. What We Send

When you use our SMS authentication service, you will receive:

  • One-Time Passwords (OTP): 6-digit authentication codes for login verification
  • Security Alerts: Notifications about login attempts (if enabled)
  • Account Recovery: Verification codes for password reset (if requested)

No Marketing Messages: We will NEVER send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages to your phone number.

3. Consent Process

You provide consent to receive SMS messages when you:

  • Enter your phone number during account registration
  • Add or update your phone number in account settings
  • Request a login code via SMS

Your consent is specifically for authentication purposes only.

4. Message Frequency

You will receive SMS messages:

  • Only when you attempt to log in: One message per login attempt
  • For account recovery: Only when you request a password reset
  • No recurring messages: We do not send scheduled or automated messages

5. How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message we send to immediately opt-out
  • Contact Support: Email support@fmrx.ai to remove your phone number
  • Account Settings: Remove your phone number from your profile

Note: Opting out of SMS messages will disable SMS-based login for your account. You may need to use alternative authentication methods.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us:

  • No Selling: We NEVER sell or rent your phone number to third parties
  • No Marketing Use: Your phone number is used solely for authentication
  • Secure Storage: Phone numbers are encrypted and securely stored
  • Limited Access: Only authorized personnel can access phone numbers for support purposes

7. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. FMRX.AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard SMS rates.

Our SMS service works with all major carriers including but not limited to:

  • AT&T
  • Verizon
  • T-Mobile
  • Sprint
  • And other regional carriers

10. Service Provider

SMS services are provided through Twilio Inc., a trusted telecommunications provider. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering authentication codes.

11. Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through your account or via email. Continued use of our SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
